Mark Osborne's More

Yesterday afternoon I found myself at Cold Steel in the Castro- and decided I was long overdue for all new jewelry for my piercings.  Some I've had in since about 2000 or so.  I replaced my nosering with a new titanium diamond stud, I got a new 12 gauge ring for my helix, a diamond stud bar for my tongue, and really cool new shell 10 gauge earrings.  I've been upset at my earlobes for years, since my lobes have been a little stretched since high school, when I wore earrings that were a bit too heavy, and made my holes a little long.  But these earrings looks great, and fit in my ears perfectly.  I am so happy.

On my way home from the piercers, I hadn't gotten more than 5 storefronts when I happened upon a nearly empty salon with reasonable rates, so I walked in and was met by a super cute hairdresser.  So, on a whim, I told him he could cut and style my hair any way he wished.
I am pretty pleased with the results.

And later that evening, the lovely lovely boy made me fat tire braised pork tenderloin with onions and apples, cheese spaetzel, and red pickled cabbage.  Mmm... That with a nice bottle of Terraces we got from Napa a few weeks back made for a perfect day.  Yay for happiness!
